Thank you for your interest in the International Preschool in Munich. Before applying for admission we recommend that you consider the points below.
To enroll in the preschool a child must be at least 3 years old by August 30th when applying for preschool admission. In addition, all children seeking admission to the International Preschool must be toilet trained. Children are considered toilet trained when they can independently, successfully and consistently go to the toilet on their own and clean themselves.
For children who have already attended a preschool or kindergarden, we request a written letter of recommendation from their former preschool.
Finally, in some rare cases due to potentially problematic situations (i.e. strong learning disabilities or extreme behavioral problems) we reserve the right to decline attendence to your child after a 6-week trial period at the International Preschool in Munich.
Note: Keep in mind that applying for a place at the International Preschool does not guarantee a place for your child in our school - since we only have a limited number of places available. However, all applicants will be considered equally - based on our commitment to a multi-cultural mix of children and a balance of boys and girls in all our classes.
