A message from the Director

Dear Parents,

The International Preschool in Munich will open up an exciting new world of learning for your child in an environment that is caring, joyful, and most of all, secure. We are more than an English kindergarten. Our school works along a number of educational principles which appeal to the different learning styles and preferences among children. For example, we include in our teaching approach Montessori materials and methods, Interactive Thinking and our very own Learning to Learn Program (L2L). We also stress a learning approach that is completely child-oriented and takes into account their natural learning and development cycles. By encouraging concentration, creativity, exploration and discovery children acquire a love of learning that will stay with them throughout their lives. Our preschool program encourages children to learn and play together in an atmosphere of mutual respect and enjoyment - with a proven curriculum that is challenging, stimulating and engaging. We teach our children to think critically and creatively as well as learn to communicate in team-work situations. Our experience in the last 10 years has demonstrated that utilizing the best from three approaches will provide your child with the solid intellectual, emotional and social skills needed to succeed in their educational careers.
